Terms of Service

- Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and use of seasonal porch styling services offered by Let's Porch ("Let's Porch," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Fort Worth, Texas. By booking a package, add-on, or any other service through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book our services.
2. Our Services
Let's Porch provides seasonal porch and entryway styling and installation services. When you book with us, you are reserving a place on our installation calendar for our team to design, deliver, and install seasonal décor at your property during your selected install week. This is a service, not a product sale. Let's Porch does not sell, ship, or deliver standalone merchandise for you to install yourself. Every package and add-on includes full-service design and on-site installation performed by our team. Because no physical product is shipped to you, our services are not subject to product shipping or return policies of the kind used by retailers selling goods for delivery.
3. Booking, Payment, and Reservations
Packages and add-ons are booked and paid for in full online at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed, and your install week is not held, until payment has been received in full. Because install weeks are limited each season, payment at booking allows us to reserve your spot on our calendar and secure the materials needed for your installation. After booking, a member of the Let's Porch team will contact you to confirm your installation date, discuss access to your property, and answer any questions about your selected package.
4. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Let's Porch — including packages and add-on services — are final and non-refundable once booked. This applies regardless of the reason for a cancellation request, including a change of mind, a change in circumstances, or failure to be available during your scheduled install week. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for completed or scheduled bookings, except as expressly described in Section 6 (Rescheduling and Cancellations by Let's Porch).
5. No Product Shipping or Returns
Because Let's Porch provides an on-site installation service rather than shipping physical merchandise, we do not offer shipping, delivery-only orders, or product returns of any kind. All seasonal décor used in your installation remains in place at your property as part of the service and is not intended to be returned, exchanged, or shipped back to Let's Porch.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations by Let's Porch
While customer bookings are final and non-refundable, Let's Porch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a scheduled installation due to severe weather, safety concerns, material availability, or scheduling conflicts beyond our control. If we need to reschedule or cancel your installation: we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to explain the situation; we will offer you the next available install date that works for your schedule; or if a suitable reschedule date cannot be arranged, we will issue account credit toward a future Let's Porch service. This section applies only to cancellations or rescheduling initiated by Let's Porch and does not create a right to a refund, credit, or rescheduling for cancellations requested by the customer.
7. Add-On Services
Add-on services, including the Fall Foliage Arch and Disposal & Takedown add-ons, are subject to the same booking, payment, and all-sales-final terms described above. The Disposal & Takedown add-on entitles you to a single visit from our team during the disposal window (the week before or after Thanksgiving, as scheduled) to remove and dispose of the pumpkins, foliage, and hay bales included in your installation. If Disposal & Takedown is not purchased, removal of seasonal décor after the display period is the customer's responsibility.
8. Scheduling and Property Access
To complete your installation as scheduled, you agree to: provide our team with reasonable access to your porch, entryway, and any relevant areas of your property during the agreed installation window; remove or relocate any existing décor, furniture, or obstructions you would like cleared from the installation area prior to our arrival, unless otherwise arranged with our team; disclose any known hazards, pets, security systems, or access restrictions that may affect our team's ability to safely complete the installation; and ensure someone is reasonably reachable on the day of installation in case our team has questions or needs access. If our team is unable to access your property during the scheduled window through no fault of Let's Porch, the booking remains final and non-refundable, and rescheduling (if any) may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
9. Materials, Natural Variation, and Weather
Our installations use natural and seasonal materials, including pumpkins, florals, foliage, cornstalks, and hay bales. These are living or perishable materials, and as such: size, color, shape, and availability of specific pumpkins, florals, or foliage may vary from photos shown on our website and are subject to seasonal availability; natural materials are expected to age, fade, soften, or otherwise change in appearance over the display period as a normal result of weather and time; and Let's Porch is not responsible for the natural deterioration of perishable materials during the display period, including as a result of heat, rain, frost, wind, or pests.
10. Photography and Media Release
By booking with Let's Porch, you agree that we may photograph your completed installation and share those photos and any related content on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you would prefer that your installation not be photographed or shared, please let our team know in advance of your scheduled installation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Let's Porch will take reasonable care while working on your property. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Porch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Let's Porch is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your property, or for damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Some foliage arch installations (including our 8ft and custom arches) may require the use of nails, screws, or other fasteners to securely anchor the arch to your property (e.g., porch posts, railings, siding, or door frames). By booking an arch installation, you acknowledge and approve Let's Porch's use of nails or similar fasteners as needed to complete a safe, secure installation, and you agree that Let's Porch is not responsible for any resulting property damage, including but not limited to holes, marks, or other cosmetic or structural damage. If you'd prefer we avoid nails on a specific surface, please let us know in writing before your installation date so we can discuss alternative mounting options.
Personal Injury and Post-Installation Conditions. Once installation is complete, Let's Porch is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from: pedestrians, guests, delivery personnel, or other third parties tripping over or coming into contact with pumpkins, hay bales, or other décor elements; décor, arches, or other installed items being moved, altered, or repositioned after installation by the customer, guests, children, pets, or any third party; children or others climbing on, sitting on, or otherwise interacting with the display in a manner other than its intended display use; or weather events, wind, or third-party interference that shifts, damages, or displaces the installation after our team has completed the job and left the property. By booking with Let's Porch, you agree to supervise your property, family members, guests, and pets around the installation, and to promptly secure or address any décor element that becomes a hazard after installation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Let's Porch's services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
